However, all stories previously published to this website will still be viewable and any and all reviews left on other stories will still remain. Please do not create a duplicate account to make up for the deactive one. This is not allowed.

4. General Use of the Website

Content written as Fanfiction must not directly copy the text from either a book, movie, tv show, comic or anime. This includes, but not limited to the 'Harry Potter reads his own books' theme. Any story that copies as stated above will be removed.

Furthermore, you must place a disclaimer at the top of each story stating that you do not indeed own any of the characters or are making any sort of money from your publication.

With fanfiction stories you agree to not submit any copy-written material, anything protected by trade secret, protected by third party proprietary rights, this includes privacy and publicity rights, that is unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner and the necessary consents from any individuals whose personally identifiable information is contained in such material to post the material and to grant writeyourfiction.com all the license rights granted.

7. Original Submitted Content

The poster of Original content submitted to writeyourfiction.com will always retain ownership rights to their work. However, they must note that they are publishing it to a public website and are now allowing writeyourfiction.com's users access to read said story.

8. General Submitted Content

9. Account termination policy

writeyourfiction.com will terminate any users access to their account or website if said user infringes on any of the above rules or user guidelines.

Furthermore writeyourfiction.com reserves the right to decide weather or not the content under user stories meets the guideline or does indeed infringe upon any kind of copyright, private law or any of the stated above.

9. Please let us know what course of action you wish to peruse. We can remove said story or ask the user to edit it.
10. As well include a statement that everything you submitted to us is accurate and that you have the rights to bring infringement proceedings with respect to its use.
